Steve worked as a general dentist for many years with a particular interest in treating complications of the temporomandibular joint. It was at the Pankey Institute in Florida where he gained the advanced knowledge to treat temporomandibular joint disease and myofascial pain syndrome. Currently, he is practicing as a Massage Therapist. He is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, and is certified to practice massage in the state of Maryland and also holds a national certification. He has studied traditional Chinese medicine and uses acupressure and tuina in his practice. As a member of the Maryland Sports Massage team, he is also certified in sports massage and works many of the local sport events.
