Diet
- Eat a diet high in iron, folate and magnesium
- Eat as many raw vegetables as possible

- Magnesium Citrate Powder - 1 teaspoon before bed
- Folic Acid 800 mcg - 1 capsule daily
- Easy Iron - 1 capusle 2-3 times daily if anemic. Note: Iron should be used only if blood test shows anemia or if you are prone to iron deficiency anemia.
