Health Protocols

Varicose Veins

Diet

  1. Eat high fiber foods - The countries with low fiber intake, such as the U.S., have much higher incidence of varicose veins. This may have to do with excessive straining during bowel movements that increases the pressure in the veins of the legs which weakens the veins and ultimately leads to varicose veins and hemorrhoids.
  2. Drink plenty of water. 1 ounce per pound of body weight is recommended.

Lifestyle

  1. Exercise is beneficial for varicose veins. Walking, running, bike riding and any other exercise that contracts the leg muscles can help.

Supplements

  1. Rejuveinate - 2 capsules twice daily. This formula contains a number of herbs and nutrients that help to strengthen the veins.
  2. Colinsonia Root - 2 Capsules twice daily. This herb helps to strengthen the blood vessels and works synergistically with the rejuveinate.
  3. Pure Radiance C - 2 capsules twice daily. A natural and entirely whole food vitamin C which works to enhance collagen production in the blood vessels.
  4. 4Fiber - 1 scoop once or twice daily.
