Illness Is Optional ePoints Reward Program
As a client of our online store, you can accumulate ePoints simply by shopping in our website. The ePoints can then be used to pay for your orders.
ePoints are the way Illness Is Optional knowledge you loyalty to purchasing products from our online store. ePoints work like cash in your account. They never expire and you can accumulate as many as you want.
The easiest way to earn new ePoints is by placing orders in our store. Something, we also offer special promotions in which you can earn additional ePoints.
Earn 1 ePoint for every $1 you spend at the online store.
ePoints work just like cash in your account. You can checkout and pay for your order with if you have enough ePoints to cover for the order total.
100 ePoints are worth $1 towards payment of your online order.

1. Who Can Earn Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints:
Any legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States, age 14 or older, who is currently a member of the Illness Is Optional online store or who joins the Illness Is Optional website. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to earn Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints. Employees of Illness Is Optional / Your Prescription for Health or their subsidiaries and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Earn EPoints:
Illness Is Optional online store members earn Reward EPoints for the following:
10 EPoints for joining the Illness Is Optional store
1 EPoint for every $1.00 spent in the store
Members earn EPoints from the time they join the store until the time they officially decline membership by unsubscribing. EPoints are accrued on a household basis. That means that if several individuals from one household use the same account for the Illness Is Optional store, EPoints for completed transactions will be deposited in one account.
3. Point Value:
100 Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints have a cash value of $1.00. Minimal order amount to pay with ePoints is $5.00
4. Point Accrual:
EPoints will be deposited in the member’s account in as little as a few seconds to as much as 3 months after they earn them (for registering or for purchasing). EPoints for registering are usually added in seconds whereas referral EPoints take longer because the new member must submit the first order before EPoints are awarded.
5. Viewing EPoints:
Illness Is Optional members can view their current Illness Is Optional ePoint accounts online after they become a member at the online store. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must enter user name and password to view EPoints.
6. Redeeming EPoints:
Illness Is Optional members can redeem EPoints as cash anytime they will complete an online transaction in our online store. Rewards redeemed as cash to the member must be redeemed to cover the full amount of the order. EPoints must be redeemed online. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must be logged in with their user name and password to redeem EPoints. At present, members have a choice of redeeming EPoints in one of the following ways:
Placing an order online and choosing to pay with accrued ePoints.
Other point redemption methods may be added or substituted in the future at the sole discretion of Illness Is Optional. Members will be asked to pick one (and only one) redemption method each time they redeem EPoints.
EPoints redeemed as cash to pay for an online order must cover the total of the order. No partial payment or payment method combination is allowed. Epoints will be subtracted automatically after the order has been successfully posted. ePoints will also be used to cover any special shipping or delivery.
7. Delivery and Return of Rewards:
For Illness Is Optional store members who select the cash option, the ePoints will withdraw from the user account immediately after the order has been confirmed.
If an order were to be cancelled, changed or returned, 100% of the ePoints will be refunded to the member’s account if the order included free shipping. For order without free shipping that are returned after the order has been sent or with Special shipping or delivery, the amount of ePoints returned will be the total for the order minus the ePoints to cover for shipping and delivery.
8. Point Redemption at Termination of Store Membership:
Store members who terminate membership will forfeit all EPoints in their Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints account. Those who have EPoints in their account at termination forfeit all EPoints. Illness Is Optional reserves the right to terminate and forfeit all Epoints from an account suspect of spamming, illegal hot-linking or with suspicious amounts of returns/refund requests. An email will be delivered to the suspected member’s account informing of the suspension and removal of the ePoints.
9. Program Duration/Program Modification:
Illness Is Optional reserves the right to terminate or modify the Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints Program at its discretion at any time. Modifications may include (but are not limited to) additions or deletions to the list of ways EPoints may be earned or modifications to point values for existing methods of earning EPoints. Illness Is Optional will alert its membership via email about any changes on or before the effective date. Such changes will also be posted on the relevant pages of the Illness Is Optional website on or before the date of implementation.
10. Limits of Liability:
Illness Is Optional has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any Illness Is Optional Reward EPoints.
11. Member Responsibilities:
Members are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Members are also responsible for keeping their accounts secure by avoiding authorized or unauthorized sharing of the same account among other members. Each transaction paid with ePoints will be matched with the member’s account. If Illness Is Optional considers a transaction fraudulent, the order will be terminated and the ePoints removed from the member’s account.
