MentalSharp features Sharp•PS™ GOLD phosphatidylserine-DHA complex. In this complex, DHA is conjugated to phospholipids, mimicking the naturally occurring phosphatidylserine composition in the brain and thus providing a compound with enhanced bioactivity. In an open-label pilot study assessing the efficacy of Sharp•PS™ GOLD, six weeks of supplementation indicated statistically significant support for memory recall in elderly subjects.
