Active Ingredients: 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan or 5HTP), Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxal 5' phosphate) and Vitamin B-6 (pyroxidine). Inactive Ingredients: Cellulose, Citric acid, Croscarmellose, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate, Mannitol, Methylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Raspberry Flavor, Silicon dioxide, Sorbitol, Stearic acid, Vegetable magnesium stearate, Xylitol. Ingredients per tablets: Vitamin B-6 1 mg and 5-Hydroxytryptophan 50 mg.Directions: Take or dissove one tablet in mouth 1 to 4 times daily, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. DO NOT take if you are preganat, lactating, or are taking any prescription antidepressants (e.g. SSRI's, MAO inhibitors, or tricyclics), carbidopa, or tramadol.
