CoQ10, or ubiquinone, is an essential component of the mitochondria, critical for energy production, and an important antioxidant.* Tocotrienols are important members of the vitamin E family.* Rice bran oil provides a high amount of gamma-tocotrienol and gamma-tocopherol. Oil-based CoQ10 has better absorption and bioavailability than a powdered form.
