Active Folate is 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the naturally occurring, biologically active form of folate that is nearly 7 times more bioavailable than ordinary folic acid. Active Folate requires no metabolic conversion before being absorbed or entering the cell. It readily crosses the blood-brain barrier and will not mask vitamin B12 deficiency.

Recommended Dosage: Take one to three capsules per day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
